About Me:: I have been a world music fan 40yrs, & radio programer/host at KKUP 91.5 fm, Santa Clara, CA. 30 years. I am of Balkan origin of former Yugoslavia (Slovenia), and am currently into Islamic/mid East music, especially of Balkan & Romani origins. Sufi & Sufi inspired/influenced music is of particular interest now. Some cutting edge contemporary styles of traditional music, ie. TALLAVA , Central Asian, Caucasian, and other Indo-Turko/Romani styles of particular current attention.
