why should we read Al-QURAN with tajweed?

Dear brothers and sisters in alif music. we have to ricite the holy AL-QURAN every day. we all know about how to read it. but may here some people will have who dont know how to read it and and some people about it. i attached a file about we should read quran with tajweed

Brother Yousuf, salam to you. I have acrobat reader 4.00 with it I can not open the file you attached, could u send it again or in any other format, so that I can get use of the valuable file.
