Face à face , seul à seul
dans mes prières,
je cherche le regard fier,
la Vérité, l'Unique, la seule,
Lorsque mes yeux humbles
versent alors leurs larmes.
Eux savent qui est leur Maître.
Oh, Seigneur, gloire à Toi,
contre Toi, je n'ai pas d'armes,
contre Ta ruse, je n'ai que Toi.
Seul Toi me suffit,
auprès de Toi, tout est possible,
sans Toi, je suis fini
Tu es le Tout-Miséricordieux.
Je T'aime, Allah.

An approximative translation :

Face to face, in my darkness,
and in my requests,
I search with a proud look,
the Truth, the Only, the Only One,
When my unassuming eyes
their tears shed then.
They know who is their Master.
Oh, Lord, glory to You,
I do not have weapon, against You,
against Your trick, I have only You.
Alone You am enough for me,
to You, everything is possible,
without You, I am finished
You are the All-Compassionate.
I love You, Allah.

a beautiful Andalusian Poetry

Look at the beautiful sun.

As it rises, it shows one golden eyebrow,

plays miser with the other one,

but we know that soon

it will spread out a radiant veil

over all.



A marvelous mirror that appears in the East

only to hide again at dusk.

The sky is saddened

when the sun leaves

and puts on mourning robes.

SAJAK CINTA ALLAH
Kalau seseorang itu merasakan ianya hanya seorang
Tandanya ia belum mengenal Tuhannya
Kalau kenalpun…. tapi tak cinta
Kalau tak rasa cinta….. alamat jauh di hati jauh di mata.

Allah yang menciptakan setiap orang
Sama ada yang dibenci atau yang disayang
Allah yang ciptakan benci dan sayang
Allah yang menjadikan dirinya rasa seorang
Apabila ia tak kenal pada Pencipta seseorang.

Allah maha pencipta segala-galanya
Apa yang dipinta semuanya boleh diberi
Tapi manusia " kenapa ?..tak percaya..."
Rugilah ,rugilah dan terus rugi.

Kalau kita cintakan seseorang
Pasti kita ingin bertemu selalu
Kalau kita cintakan Allah…
Bertemulah selalu dalam zikrullah.
Bertemulah selalu didalam solah
Bertemulah selalu di rumah Allah
Berpegang teguhlah kepada Al-Quraan dan As Sunnah.

Awakening

I sail to you in the ocean of my dreams
To a far away distant place
Of great beauty and tranquility
Where pain and suffering do not exist,
Where we give praise for our joy and happiness,
Where our love intertwines with a love for all things

O beloved keeper of my heart
The companion of my soul
You have reached out and touched the essence of my being
And shown me the way to a higher plane

main ghar ko loat gaoon ga

main ghar ko loat gaoon ga

main us jannat se aya hun

jahan chashmain nikalte hain

hawa khusbu udati hai

aur kirnain raqs karti hain

kadhi hai dup aur main ne zara sar chhupana hai

mera woh ashiana hai, yahan waqti thikana hai

suna hai main ne logon se ke tum aisa samajhte ho

woh jannat chhor kar main ne yahan, jeewan bitana hai

bhala jannat koi apni khushi se chhor sakta hai?

haseen manzar se apne rukh ko koi moad sakta hai?

tumhare dais main kia woh parinde chehchahaate hain

woh poade lehlahaate hain?

woh badal ghir ke aate hain?

woh jharne gungunaate hain?

woh manzar muskurate hain?

yaqeen maano meray mohsin!

mujhe umeed hai jannat meri aabad phir ho gi

hawain gungunayain gi

baharain muskarain gi

woh lamha jab bi aae ga

main ghar ko loat jaoon ga.....

Loose morning reflections of love, life, and religion....

In love, i am seeking truth and wisdom
Aspects of myself i see in you....
fear of...nefarious personalities or hidden agendas.
Mostly, constraint by these fears...keeps us from crossing boundaries...
i realize that the deepest boundaries are within ourselves.
Engulfed in my pain, i can sometimes feel the angels crying ,,,
i am angry ...i am afraid...yet, i (we) must feel these emotions to realize we are alive...
Should we allow ourselves to feel?
Is there a space in my religion for a woman like me?
Will we ever venture to the heart of Islam?
Will there ever be time?
All of the answers to the great mysteries of life are found within us....
as is joy and happiness.
i need to envision in this world a place where i have roots...
a place where i have love.
All this is necessary for me in order to understand what i believe...
and for me...to believe in me.
"It", for me is truly deeper than you may see...
as everyday i impose myself to reconstruct my life.
What more can i seek...if not love?
Although the past shapes us...
Remember, it the present and the future that define us...

شغف الدروس ففاق جملة صحبه ** حتى توسط أشهر الطبقات
ورث المفاخر عن أبيه وجده وبهدى عمً أدرك الغايات
إن قال في التفسير خلت مجاهداوبعلم نحو سيبويه آت
وإذا أتي بالفقه فأبن القاسم سبحان ربي واهب الملكات
ولقد تفوق في العلوم جميعهاحتى غدا من قادة الحلقات
لم يرن للدنيا ولم يخفق لها بل كان يهوى رؤية الجنات
ولقد قضي هذا الهمام حياته يطوى الفيافي يحمل الرايات
يدعو إلي الرحمن ينصر دينه يتلو كتاب الله في الخلوات
قاد الجياد الصافنات إلي العدا حمل العقاب وأسس الجبهات
الله اكبر أيها الباغون قد حضر الشريف بأحسن الهيئات
خربت دياركم ونغص عيشكم هذا الغضنفر حل في الساحات
طعن وضرب لا هوادة عنده في الله لا يخشي الفتي اللومات
سل عنه عينا في –كلك- وكانموبدار – قرو – فأسأل الهضبات
وبدار فور – نلقها إخباره لله درك يا أخا النجدات
وكذا – علالي- كم أقيمت فوقها سوق الجهاد لطالب الروضات
وبأرض – ليبيا- قاد جيشا سيدي وبوسط – كفرة – أطلق الصيحات
نادي عباد الله هبوا للوغىإن الجهاد يكفر الزلات
فتقاطرت تحت اللواء جحافل بذلوا النفوس لخالق النسمات
سألوا الإله بأن يكونوا عنده إن الشهادة بغية السادات
وبظهر درنة قابلت أدوارهم جيش العدو بأصدق النيات
متلهفين علي قتال عدوهم لم ينظروا لتفوق القوات
إن الشريف وقبله آباءه بذروا بذور الخير والحسنات
وتتابعت غزوات هذا القائدأكرم بها يا صاح من غزوات
ولقد رأى شيخي مصائب جمة تدمي القلوب وتسكب العبرات
لكنه كالطود مرت فوقه سحب فأهدت نحوه قطرات
فاضطر ضرغام الحروب لهجرة لينال اجر الحرب والهجرات
والي بلاد الترك أصبح ذاهبا لله ما لاقي من الكوربات
وبآخر الأمر استقر إمامنا بمدينة الأنوار والبركات
نال السعادة حيث جاور جده حتى غدا من عالم الأموات
فجزاه رب الكون خيرا دائما وبفضله أعلي له الدرجات
آل النبي علي الدوام أئمة هم سادة هم منبع الخيرات
هم خير خلق الله أما وأبا هم أنجم هم موئل بغلاة
فبحبهم ابغي من الله الهدى وختام خير لحظة السكرات
وبحبهم أرجو شفاعة جدهم يوم القيامة ساعة الحسرات
ثم الصلاة علي النبي وآله ما شقشق العصفور في الدوحات
